Intro to Handmade Pasta
Saturday, January 17
Get your hands floury as we explore the history and global influence of pasta, make fresh egg pasta, shape a variety of noodles, prepare ravioli (stuffed pasta), and craft pillowy potato gnocchi. We’ll also cover the basics of a classic tomato basil marinara.

Advanced Sushi Class
Saturday, January 24
